Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SHEREHE platform (sherehe.io), the Keza AI assistant on WhatsApp or Telegram, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

SHEREHE provides an AI-powered event planning platform that includes:

• Event creation and management tools
• Keza AI assistant for personalized event planning via WhatsApp, Telegram, and web
• Guest list management and digital invitations
• Mobile Money contribution collection (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money via PawaPay)
• Vendor marketplace and booking
• Budget tracking and analytics

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans

SHEREHE offers multiple subscription tiers:

• Free: Basic event planning with limited features
• Pro: Advanced features including AI assistance and analytics
• Agency: Full platform access for event planning businesses

Subscription fees are billed in Rwandan Francs (RWF) via Mobile Money. Refund policies apply as specified at the time of purchase.

5. Contributions & Payments

SHEREHE facilitates event contributions (cagnottes) through Mobile Money:

• Contributions are processed by PawaPay, our licensed payment partner
• Minimum contribution: 500 RWF. Maximum: 10,000,000 RWF
• Contributions are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer
• SHEREHE is not responsible for Mobile Money network failures
• Processing fees may apply as disclosed at the time of payment

6. WhatsApp & Messaging Services

By interacting with Keza via WhatsApp or Telegram, you agree to:

• Receive messages from our AI assistant related to your events
• Allow processing of your messages for AI-powered assistance
• Not use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Comply with WhatsApp's and Telegram's terms of service

You may opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by sending "DECONNEXION" or "LOGOUT" to the Keza assistant.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on SHEREHE (event descriptions, images, messages). By posting content, you grant SHEREHE a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

8. Vendor Marketplace

SHEREHE connects event planners with vendors but does not guarantee vendor performance. Disputes between users and vendors should be resolved directly between the parties. SHEREHE may assist in mediation but is not liable for vendor service quality.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with or disrupting the platform
• Creating fraudulent events or contribution campaigns
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Scraping or collecting data from the platform without authorization
• Sending spam through our messaging services

10. Limitation of Liability

SHEREHE provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to SHEREHE in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kigali, Rwanda.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
