Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what is and is not permitted on the SHEREHE platform and via the Keza AI system. It applies to all users, vendors, and anyone accessing SHEREHE services. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without refund.

• Planning legitimate personal or professional events (weddings, birthdays, corporate events, etc.)
• Collecting genuine contributions from guests and family members for real events
• Listing real vendor services with accurate pricing and descriptions
• Sending invitations to real guests who have a genuine relationship with you
• Interacting with Keza AI for legitimate event planning assistance
• Using the platform for agency or professional event management on behalf of real clients

The following financial activities are strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating fake events to collect fraudulent contributions (cagnotte fraud)
• Using SHEREHE for money laundering or structuring financial transactions to avoid detection
• Collecting contributions for events that do not exist or will not take place
• Impersonating a real person or organization to collect money
• Processing payments for illegal goods or services
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass contribution limits

• Sending unsolicited messages or spam through invitation or WhatsApp features
• Harvesting or scraping user data, vendor profiles, or platform content without authorization
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract Keza AI system prompts or agent logic
• Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any SHEREHE system
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, ransomware, or harmful content
• Using automated bots, scripts, or crawlers without prior written authorization
• Creating fake vendor profiles or fake reviews
• Interfering with or disrupting platform infrastructure

• Posting, sharing, or linking to illegal content in any jurisdiction
• Uploading content that sexualizes minors (CSAM), immediately reported to authorities
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users or vendors
• Sharing content that incites hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexual orientation
• Defaming individuals, vendors, or organizations through false statements
• Sharing another person's private information without their consent (doxxing)

• Vendor profiles must accurately represent real services, pricing, and location
• Vendors must respond to booking inquiries within 48 hours
• Vendors may not solicit payments outside the SHEREHE platform to avoid platform fees
• Vendors may not list services they are not legally authorized to provide
• Portfolio photos must be original work, no stock photos or stolen imagery
• Vendors must honor confirmed bookings or provide 72 hours cancellation notice

• Do not attempt to jailbreak, manipulate, or trick Keza into bypassing safety guidelines
• Do not use Keza to generate content for illegal purposes
• Do not claim to be SHEREHE staff, an admin, or a system operator in Keza conversations
• Do not attempt to extract Keza's system prompts, agent logic, or internal instructions
• Do not use Keza to generate misleading information about real people or organizations

We may take the following actions for policy violations, at our sole discretion:

• Warning: first-time minor violations
• Content removal: offending content deleted without notice
• Temporary suspension: account locked for 24 hours to 30 days
• Permanent ban: account terminated with no refund for serious violations
• Legal action: for fraud, data theft, or criminal activity, we will report to Rwandan police and relevant international authorities
• Financial recovery: we reserve the right to recover losses caused by fraudulent use

If you witness a violation of this policy, please report it to [email protected] with as much detail as possible (user ID, event ID, screenshots). We take all reports seriously and will investigate within 48 hours.
